About Us

Crane and Lifting Services Ltd started trading in August 2007 under the management of Stewart Linney, who has worked in the crane industry for many years, previously as a self employed crane engineer (Sole Trader) employing 1 engineer. The workload was such that it soon became apparent that an expansion plan was needed.

Since setting up Crane and Lifting Services Ltd additional engineers have been recruited together with an office manager who deals with the administration of the company.

All the engineers are highly qualified and have been trained by:

• Lloyds British Ltd
• Kone Cranes
• Morris Material Handling
• Demag Cranes

The combined experience of Stewart and his engineers is in excess of 30 years. They can offer a wealth of knowledge on all makes and models of cranes. Stewart is a firm believer in the personal approach and makes sure that he is constantly in contact with clients and engineers at every stage of a contract. This strategy ensures that the client is fully aware of progress at all times and that the work will be completed quickly, efficiently and in the most cost effective way possible.
